Kodiak is the product of a great Crescent Moon Ranch breeding. He is sired by the multi-champion, medium sliver grey Crescent Moon's Touchet, which also makes him grandson to the highest selling grey alpaca to date, Crescent Moon's Rayo del Sol. This line up means Kodiak is loaded with great grey potential. His dam Channelle is sired by an amazing import 5P Chaccu, located on the elite herdsire row of Crescent Moon Ranch.

Kodiak has a fine fleece, with excellent density and handle. Although Kodiak appeared medium brown as a youngster, he is maturing into a very lovely medium rose grey and we are excited to see his potential as an up and coming macho. His first cria born May 2010 turned out to be everything we hoped SHE would be...a lovely dark silver grey female!
